Feel a void in your life not having nonstop college basketball to watch and bet on all day and night? Well, what if I told you there is a sport that regularly offers 15 games a day for six months straight for your viewing and betting pleasure? That's right, I'm talking about Major League Baseball. It may not be as exciting for some, but it is the best to wager on thanks to its 162 game season - which starts March 28!

And with that, the moment you've all been waiting for is finally here- the official launch of my 2019 MLB service! Many of you have been asking me for details for the upcoming season, so I thought I'd lay it all out here. First off, I will simply be sending out plays for MLB (and WNBA later this summer) instead of sharing my models' projections.

"But Stephen, you said you're done selling picks and wanted to move away from that." I know, I know, but there are several reasons for this change of heart:

• Sharing projections became too tedious, and I'm still learning how to code to make this easier.
• Most subscribers preferred receiving plays rather than using projections.
• I ended up sharing what I played from my projections to subscribers anyways by their request.
• In order to protect my edge as best I can, I do not want to share numbers for these sports.
• Sending plays is easier and subscribers are able to receive alerts for them.

This past NBA season was experimental with the way picks/projections were delivered, and I may stick with this for NBA as it did have its benefits. However, it's definitely in everyone's best interest to simply send plays for the coming MLB and WNBA seasons. And on that note, here's what you can expect if you choose to subscribe to my MVP service:

• MLB plays will be sent around 10pm EDT most days (after the first pitch of the last game) for the overnight lines (i.e games for the following day). These lines offer the best value and since I use projected line-ups anyways, there's no reason to wait for the morning.
• Plays will be sent via email, Telegram and Twitter. I may not use Twitter depending on demand as Telegram is much better for this and I personally use it much more these days.
• Like last year, picks will be sent out on a 1-4 unit scale. These plays were distributed 49%/37%/9%/4% (1/2/3/4u) last season for reference.
• There will be occasions where lines won't be posted due to various reasons, so some plays could be added once posted in the morning.

There was a notable dip in performance for MLB last season, but with the positive CLV and model improvements I have made, I fully expect a return to those 2016-17 numbers.
